This book is really good. One reason why I haven't been posting is that
I have been reading this book... It covers from the theories, then how
Linux applies this theories, how Linux deals with portability, then
suddenly you realise that mel's vm documents make some sense, then mm/
code looks a little more readable, etc. The bad thing is that it is not
easy to understand so it can take quite some time before you can finish
chapters that u want to learn.
