ls -i /path/to/filename
find / -inum <inode number from the ls command>

It won't work perfectly -- crossing filesystems, inode numbers can be
reused -- but, if you replace '/' with the mountpoint of the filesystem
in question, you'll find just what you're after. I bet a bit of sh
and awk could turn this into a quick little function or alias or shell
script. Perl if you're into that. ;)
