compile problems with procfs_example.c

Hi,

I am trying to create a new file in /proc file system.
I am finding a problem while compiling my code.

I am also finding the same problem when I compile procfs_example.c
which is available in Documentation/DocBook/ directory of the kernel code.

The main problem is: there are lot of errors while parsing the "proc_fs.h" 
file.

Probably, I have not included some of the needed header files or a version 
mismatch.

Please let me know the compile options and header files needed for compiling 
the standard - procfs_example.c file.

Any help will be appreciated.
