GPL related questions..

Greetings,

I am looking for links that has some sort of FAQ
regarding the GPL license, especially with respect to
the Linux Kernel.  I am looking for answers to
questions of the following sort (for example):

1. If I create my own loadable kernel driver for my
own hardware, and I productize this driver, am I
required to release the source code of the driver.

2. What about my own user space apps?

...

I 'somewhat' understand the issues around GPL, but I
am working with customers that have such questions,
and rather than me explain them, I would like to point
them to web sites explaining the issues of GPL much
better than I can.
