-iwithprefix include

Hi,

What's the diff. between "-iwithprefix include" used
to
compile the kernel sources and just plain "-Iinclude"
?
The gcc docs say withprefix is discouraged and seem to
indicate that it needs a prior "-iprefix" which is not
present in the kernel compiles.
