 Hi,
   I have a prob in compiling kernel. I have RH 8.0 with 2.4.18-14. I want to use 2.4.20 and I got it downloaded and compiled sucesfully. When Iam trying to boot the new kernel, the booting hanges after

  "VFS: mounted the root file system(EXT3)"
  "Freeing the unused kernel memory: 130K"

  and hanged from there.....I dont knoe what mistake I did.
  Please help me,
