Working for ICMP not for TCP!!!

HI!!

FInally my application is able to forward the packets
from one n/w to another...but the bad part is that
it's working only for icmp pkts...that is m/c on one
n/w are able to just ping to those on other n/w but
cannot do FTP or telnet..Can u guess why???...The code
is almost same for all....i am receiving pkts using
recvfrom and sending using sendto..
