Kernel Documentation ?


Where is the best source for kernel documentation, specifically API calls ?

I know about 'The Linux Kernel API' at
http://www.kernelnewbies.org/documents/kdoc/kernel-api/linuxkernelapi.html

but this doesn't seem to document everything.
For example 
  kernel_thread(..)
is not documented there.
Obviously I can look at the src and header but theres no information on what
the flags are or do.

Rubini doesn't mention in his book either.
