E-mail surf service system

Hi, all.  

(Excuse me. )

I can not access too many web sites, so...  8-)
I wonder if there is such a service system on the web: 
 The user post a request for a web-page, an article, or
 any other things that can be exactlly located on the web
 in an E-mail; the SERVER process the request and reply the 
 user with what he/she wants in the attachment.
 Of course, a Google search request should be supported to
 "exactly locate" something.

If there is no such a service system, is this system 
feasible ??
