kernel module programming guide

hi everyone,

i put the linux kernel module programming guide onto sourceforge:

http://sourceforge.net/projects/lkmpg/

although, there's really nothing there.  you'll want to go to "cvs" and
download what's there.

here's what happened:

i (legally) have the copyright now.  i updated the first 4 or 5
chapters, quite a while ago.  in fact, it was before 2.4 so even some of
my updates may be out of date by now.  :-(

at this point, i'm trying to finish up a physics phd, so time just got
scarse.  i'll try to update when i can (and as i learn).

if you want to contribute, send in diffs (or even just "text") and i'll
fold it into the document.
