Difference between bss and sbss

Hi,

I know that this is not the right forum to ask this question, but I don't
know
other forums. Sorry.

Can anyone tell me the difference between bss and sbbs sections of the elf
format. Also when data will be put in bss and when in sbss ?

Any relevant documents on this will be helpful to me.
