Question about compilation.

Hi all,

When I compiled kernel-2.4.8, I don't know why the entry of 
Userspace queueing via NETLINK (EXPERIMENTAL) is gray in the 
table of "IP: Netfilter Configuration" that I cannot choose.  
Do you know any method that I can make it chooseable?
