[rfc] kernelnewbies website updates

Hi all,

I'm working on the kernelnewbies website and before I make a large
cvs commit I'd like your comments. Please have a look at:

  http://thorgal.et.tudelft.nl/~erik/kernelnewbies/

This is a copy of www.kernelnewbies.org with some changes. What's
different:

- All pages use a stylesheet that give them a clean look.
- The mailing list page has a new design. I'm still experimenting with
  it, but you'll get the idea.
- The same style is applied to the books page.

Anyway, let me know what you think.
