MY NAME IS MAJOR PARACH, Former personel Assistant 
on Special Duties to the late President Kabila who was assassinated 
on the 16th of January 2001. 
You may be surprise to receive my letter on the

Before the assassination of President Kabila, I have, as I always do 
deposit for him huge amounts of dollars through the assistance of a Security 
Company which moved the sum of USD$ 26,000,000.00 
(Twinty six Million Unit States Dollars) out of the Democratic Republic of Congo for safe keeping out of 
Africa. This Security Company also has affiliates in Europe and Asia. With his death, Which Caused his inability to inform 
his business partner in overseas of this last deposit arrangement. 

Factually there is no other person who knows about this money except 
me. because I was suppose to submit the certificate of deposit from security 
company to him, the day he was assassinated. 

Moreover, I did contact the Security Company and they are ready to 
negotiate with whom I Introduce as the beneficial oversea partner of my late 
Boss for onward Claim. 
I have in the past made similar negotiate with the Security Company 
Where by substantial amount of money made from sales of Diamonds were 
moved to different destinations and lodged in banks in Switzerland,Belgium 
and France for my late boss and Commander . 
Therefore I am contacting you to solicit for your urgent assistance 
to help me claim this money. since from all indication the present government headed by his son, Joseph Kabila, is watching our 
movement as former aids of his late Father, since his assassination is still 
under investigation .
I assure you that There is no risk involved in this and I also re-assure 
you of a smooth transaction.
