I would like the main focus to be a presentation of facts about linux
and a list of linux's capabilities.  It should also contain pointers to
articles that can be used to refute FUD although they should not be
listed as such.  It should contain user testimonials or pointers to
them.

Behind the scenes, we could hold articles refuting specific postings of
FUD but our responses ought to contain reason and fact and not
accusations (calling something FUD is an accusation).  I like
Microsoft's Myth/Reality layout.  We should adopt it (who says they
can't innovate?) or something similar.
