We don't need to have something more formal, the only thing
required is professionalism in the people who have write
access to the CVS tree. The last thing we want to have is
burocraptocracy ruining the motivation of everybody involved.
IMHO it's enough to have a bunch of motivated people, a CVS
tree, a mailing list, a virtualhost and a well-defined goal.
Just look at http://www.nl.linux.org/ to see what happens when
you have just that :)
Btw, people wanting to join should go to the fud-counter website,
read the CVS manual and ask me for an account...
