MS refund day -- HTML license

Hi,

I've just HTML-ized the MS EULA and mada a few quick
annotations. You can find the license text with it's
rebate options highlighted on:

I'm mainly interested in improvements on my annotation
style and legal opportunities I overlooked. Feel free
to forward this little announcement to other people.
I really want to improve this document...
