Compose Key

Bonjour,
Une question sans doute ridicule, mais comment definit-on une touche en
tant
que "Compose" ? Il semble que normalement c'est ScrollLock, mais cela ne
semble pas marcher. Je voudrais la touche Control de droite.
Mon objectif est d'obtenir le caractere "oe", comme dans "coeur".

Surely a silly question, but how to set a "Compose" Key ? It seems that
usually
it's ScrollLock, but it doesn't seem to work. I would like to use the right
Control Key.
My goal is to have the "oe" caractere, like the "ae" caractere, rather
common
in french.
