I don't know, but I think so: you find in the leaflet what you can find
in the Hardware Howto. The difference is that in the leaflet it's much
more concise :-)

I made a little presentation in HTML format (and, of course, in Italian)
about security in Apache webserver. There are a couple of troubles in
sharing that:

1) it refers to the 1.2.x version of apache, some things have changed in
the 1.3.x version
2) I can't work on a translation of it for a while: I'm ending my civil
service and I'll have a job as soon as I finish it; it seems that first
weeks will be very hard times.

But, of course, if you think it's a good thing to have it anyway, I;ll
try to work on it ASAP.
