new members wanted

Hi,

Even though I am pretty busy with EULUG now, I am also
wondering if anybody can tell me how we can get more
active members with our own LUG (the UULUG)?

Currently our LUG is just too small and nothing interesting
is happening. Every bit of work seems to be done by 5 active
people while the rest is awfully passive...

I know there are people from large and popular LUGs subscribed
to this list -- maybe they can help us out?
