What to do with your LUG

Hi,

This is a thread to kick off the eulug-action list.

I think it would be a good start to think about a
'dream' activity you have always wanted to do with
your LUG.

I'll provide a very very weak one so you'll have
something to improve upon (I'll be back later on
in the season;):

Afterstep configuration contest.

(yes, this one is intentionally weak -- you'll have
to make up something better)
