[alliance] CVS update

Hi all,
this is the first CVS update since long. The next one will be not far,though.
In this update I have fixed the dynalinker bugs regarding the linking of
global unassigned variables, and this time all tests performed are OK.
Next I put stuff derived from these changes under /KL/Exec tree, so any LM 
can be loaded within an SK.
