Whenever it gets posted on /. - it may be a while.  Spence is waiting on
Freedows to answer at the moment, but, I don't know how long he is going to
wait for them.

Mathew, Daryl, Jon-o, and Myself werent' developers, but more along the
lines of 'support personelle'

A kinda "For the record" thing here.  I was the one that drew up the
hierarchies for Freedows long back - however, they weren't something that
was supposed to be 'enforced' :-(  It was a general guideline so that
everyone knew who was working on what, so if they had an idea about 'X' or
wanted to contribute to 'X', they hunted down who was involved with 'X',
and what the mailing list was, etc.  It was for information purposes only.
However, that vision seemed to change as time went on from an informal set
of rules to something a lot more structured!!!  I have no friggin' idea
WHY - over structuring of the teams isn't a good thing, and only allowing
'official' type contact sucks.

...In retrospect, I would have been better off to have shot myself rather
than draw up that original organizational chart for Freedows!  MUCH less
headache!
