first question: an article *where* and *when*?

We have started implementing something, and we have specced several things.
We don't have specced anything, and higher levels component are in a state of
flux, but lower levels (CK, IOSK) are much more focused and on track.

*Any* decent OS is in both states *anytime*.

On CVS :).

It's a bit unclear question. The model is formally known as Open Software
Model. The way is applied is rather loose, as any OSM project. It's not a
fault, it's the way OSM is.

As any other volunteer project there is no detailed deadline. It's the best
feature of the whole affair :).

Ah, this is a beautiul question, and as any beautiful questions, rise other
questions :).
By definition, Alliance will give an environment friendly to support OS
emulation, so after Alliance is stable won't run anything by its own. It's
true that we will develop as both testbed and for our pleasure an AK that
emulates a popular OS (we haven't decide yet which), so after a while you can
run the apps of this OS on top of Alliance. If we succed, many other people
will do the job after.....

Actual coders are an handful, so we are in need of developers :)

See above.

I have dismisssed any interested in Freedows, maily because I wish to focus
on current work, not for envy or something else.

All developers of Freedows left, plus someone else. I don't know how many
members Freedows has at the time, but I think that more than half left.

Mailny hiearchies are not enforced, opposed to Freedows Project.

The year was a good one. There were some flames, but that's normal in a
multi-lingual and cultural environment.
