[alliance] mascot

i think we should have a mascot. just something for the logo and such.

i mean look at linux, tux is _everywhere_. i realize this almost totally
unimportant since we currently have an os noone would use for anything but
developing but linux has tux, bsd has the demon, kde has a dragon, etc... it
gives people something to make stickers out of and such.

that is why i think alliance should have a mascot at some point.
