ooops, maked a little confused. This is the tree I propose you:

/LM/
/LM/IOSK/
/LM/NetSK/

this is already specced, so no surprise.

/LM/IOSK/cache            because cache are HW-independent, so no need to distinguish
/LM/IOSK/architecture/   HW-dependant code
/LM/IOSK/architecture/IBM-PC/    ...self evident....
